The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi, 

 

I have read all the thread concerning Microsoft C++ and followed the instructions; however, it is not working. I have installed the 3 perquisites needed to run Rage Plugin (upgraded version) and made sure I had administrator privileges. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted the PC to no avail.  

 

I went through all the treads and followed the links your team has provided for the C++ downloads. I am hesitant to say I tried it all because of my limited knowledge but I feel I have...  I attached pictures of the error along with the gaming file in order to figure out if I am missing something.  

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated, I purchased/ upgraded my pc for this particular game, and I can't seem to fix this issue. Thanks in advance...
