I mean when i add a mod car for example a Police Ford Pickup where can i see whats the name of the car that i added in the game? To spawn it with the console

The spawn name is whatever comes before the .yft or .ytd in the vehicles.rpf folder of the installed mod. For example, if you want to find the spawn name for an add-on police car with files police6.yft, police6_hi.yft and police6.ytd, the spawn name would be police6.
