New Version RPH crashing, trojan warnings

Featured Replies

I have been using this mod off and on for years, so I know that false anti-virus positives are normal. But this latest version has got Defender giving me specific trojan warnings. That has never happened to me before.

Also, RPH will not start.

Any assistance is appreciated.

This happens the first week of every RPH/LSPDFR release. Your option is either to wait the ~2 weeks for Microsoft to flag it manually or via ML as ok, or add an exemption to your GTA folder. Sometimes the GTA folder exemption is not enough and the AV software needs turned off until RPH has successfully started the game, then your AV software can be turned back on again.

Understood.

I figured it out and have it working.
Thank you for the assistance.
