I just reinstalled GTA V after deleting everything off my CPU. Once downloaded I opened the game (Using Steam) and played the first 3 missions as required to open the map. I then downloaded laspdfr/RPH and followed install SOPs (pretty straightforward). Knowing I have downloaded the recent 3095 update I then installed a file for revert to 3028. I then opened RHP for the first time launch and followed SOP (do not load plugins at launch/Game Version supported Green-Steam Supported Green/ Save and Launch). After the crash, I have not attempted to install any Plugins or anything besides the revert. I did this process two days ago before the 3095 update and it ran smooth until, What I assume, I installed a plugin incorrectly and started having game patch issues. I tried most fixes and nothing gave so I deleted and reinstalled the game (This time with a backup). Needless to say, I'm a bit lost now as I've done everything I can to get it running again. Frustrated as I love LSPDFR and want to learn everything and get to a 5M level of skill. For now, I'm happy with the basics and want to enjoy the standard experience. I'm only looking for the following....

Set-Up

- Stop the Ped/Ultimate Backup/Compulite

- Callout Interface

-ELS

-EUP (Menu/Law and Order)

Cars 

- 1 pack for City LSPD (R/B)

- 1 pack for County BCSD (B/B)

Callouts

- UnitedCallouts

- one more that won't crash my game

 

If there's any tutorials to fix bugs or a forum or content creator who has a support team who can help out hands-on or refer me to a trusted source I will forever owe you a Marker John Wick style lol. If I can just get this set up I can die a Happy Man! Thank You to all who can help!!

Honestly, I HIGHLY recommend waiting for LSPDFR/RPH/ScriptHookV to update before attempting to do all that. I get that people want to play now, but it will ultimately be more of a hassle for you in the long run.

That being said, the install process for the following:

StopThePed/UltimateBackup/CompuLite:

These are installed to the Main Directory from the download. This should auto-sort everything for you.

ELS:

Spoiler

All files go into the Main Directory. Then open the ELS/pack_default and delete the POLICE vcf that is provided.

EUP Suite:

Spoiler

Law and Order and Serve and Rescue are both done via OpenIV's Mod Loader. 
EUP Menu is installed into Plugins.

Vehicles:

Replace vehicles are installed into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/Patch2023_02.
Addon vehicles have their dlcpacks folder added to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and their entry added to the dlclist.xml. Keep in mind that addon cars will need a gameconfig. Currently, there is only one updated and it can be found on the RPH Discord in the necessities section.

Callouts:

Yeah I just saw your comment on the other forum saying that so thanks for the advice. My luck as I just got back into LSPDFR. Any clue how soon we can see the update for RHP and script hooked v?

 

Also would i just reupdate GTA V to play story mode since that crashes too or should i delete LSPDFR/RHP?

you can still play on gta story mode, just delete the scripthookV in your folder then open gta 5 in steam you can only play story mode

Not really. Its update time has varied over the many years.
