RPH crashes every time after just a few minutes

I can't get any further, I've tried a lot of things and I don't understand it. Every time i try to play rph crashes after a few minutes can anyone help me please

Couple of things:
1. Update: Riskier Traffic Stops, Special Callouts, and SuperCallouts.
2. Remove: Callout Manager, DeLuca's County Calls (including dlGlobal), More Radio Chatter, Section136Callouts, and Wilderness Callouts.
3. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0
4. You are having issues with a Rage.Vehicle in relation to a plugin. After trying the above and you are still having crashes, rename mods to _mods and try again.
