I'm new to GTA and modding I need help I can't get any of the mods to download it I got open IV rage and those things when I go to try to download something on open IV it will not let me drag a file to it I am in edit mode I just need help I can send pictures if need be

    Dont try to install LSPDFR/RPH through OpenIV. Open up the Main Directory where all the game files are. Then open the download for manual LSPDFR and drag everything except the Licenses folder into the Main Directory.
