Hello I'm Drew and a newbie to not only LCPDFR but also to GTA IV on PC. I'm going to buy GTA IV tomorrow after looking at a million videos of this mod and I can't wait to start playing! <y computer isn't the best but it will run pretty decently. I will let you know when I install everything.

Thanks! I hope I will learn the PC controls lol, I'm used to playing it on ps3.

I use a joypad for most my maneuvering functions and the keyboard for script commands.

Instantly had this spring to mind when I saw the title;

Welcome to the forums, enjoy your stay. I also recommend investing in a Wired Xbox 360 controller for windows which retail at around £20 ($25)

Processor: Intel i5-6600 @ 3.30GHz

GPU: MSI ARMOR GeForce GTX 1080 OC

Ram: 16GB Skylake

Welcome to the community. I'm also a recent noob/recruit here, nice to see more new folks coming in :)

Imo an XBox 360 controller is the best controller to use with GTA IV (I use it myself and it works perfect)

Well I installed the game and it stutters. I have had issues with other games stuttering before, I know my graphics card isn't great but it used to play other games just fine.
