The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You are missing scripthookvdotnet3.

make sure to install scripthookvdotnet, scripthookvdotnet2 and 3.

install it in the main gta folder.

Couple of things:
1. Remove: Crazy Pursuit, HighWay Callouts, Pursuit Pack, and Regular Callouts
2. Move: InitialDHud.dll from Plugins as it does not belong there.

Additionally, use this version of SHV.NET. Its updated.
