Vehicles.meta: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5

Make sure the appropriate flags are added so that AI respond to them. Additionally, if it is ELS, press J three times.

Flags were added and yes ELS was set to S3....AI still wouldn't respond.

So you haven't answered half of my question. Where is the car variations for x64e? There doesn't seem to be one. Assuming the above vehicles.meta path is for the x64e vehicles.rpf folder??

Start by renaming mods to _mods. See if there are any further crashes.

  • Thanks!  I will try that and get back to you.   As recently stated I only installed the above car and ELS.

This one if you are using the addon dlcpack by Albo.

It's not. If you can't find one there, there probably isn't one. You can use the OpenIV file search function to try and see if there is one though.

I'm still left wondering where the best place to install addon cars are though???

Definitely x64e???? As alot of your other info on other threads say several other places.

You're very vague.

The best place to install addon cars that need to be made into dlcpacks is by getting the pre-made dlc's by Albo. I'm not sure what information you are getting from wherever.

Ok. I'm just downloading vehicles from the downloads section of this website..they all have readme files, all with different instructions and half of the instructions cause the car not to show anyway.

A lot of the packs marked "addon" are actually just the vehicle files and most times include the relevant meta entries you need to add when you compile the addon dlcpack.
