My GTA V crashes at the end of the loading screen (when rage finished loading plugins), and I have no idea why this happens. Can someone help me out? (I tried all basic fixes)RagePluginHook.log

check the lspdfr.ini under gtav/lspdfr

the options are true or false, for example:

Main.PreloadAllModels = false

can you please post the ragepluginhook.log again 

and the lspdfr.ini so that I can check?

I will make this simpler for you so you don't have to send any files.

Go into the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory. Open the lspdfr.ini. Edit/Add the following to reflect below:
Main.PreloadAllModels = False

After that, if you are still experiencing crashes on startup, rename mods to _mods and try again.
