Game crash so I remove/replace all file that I added/edited with out luck, Don't know what to do.

Please send your asiloader.log and ELS.log.

In the Main Directory, rename ELS to _ELS and see if there are any crashes.

Change the folder name back. Then remove the xmls in ELS/pack_default one by one and test after each removal to find the problem xml.

I download a els xml labeled police1 example for the new modpack then deleted and its trying to load that, instead of the older xml that I used before trying to switch if that make sense 

so deleting all xml file and replacing.

Weird. Rename ELS folder back to _ELS. Still crash?

Nope, Doesn't crash.

Can you screenshot what is currently in the ELS/pack_default folder?

Here.

I want you to install one vehicle and its respective xml file. Test again.

If that still crashes, send the asiloader.log and ELS.log.

I assumed if I read correctly meaning leaving 1 dlc in the dlc list and adding 1 vehicle xml els in the directory it work.

You still want els and asiloader logs?

 quick question would a dlc with this input messed evrything up? <Item>dlcpacks:/JedLSPD/</Item>>

Yes. And if it still doesnt work after that, send the logs that I asked for.

It worked correctly.

Then it may have been because the ELS folder was empty. Start by adding your vehicles back one at a time and test after each addition.
