is there a way you can use already created peds as your character? Id like to use one of the female Vargos peds as my officer i have tried to copy them in the creation suite but it never comes out right.

Natively, No you can not, but  in Simple-Trainer you can do just about anything.
It is however a bulgy dl and it need several other heavy plugins (scripthooks) to be installed in order to work, some with i do not know if they are updated for current RPHook(?)
