Emergency uniforms pack - Serve & Rescue

The last two were installed via opev iv

Send your RPH Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.

There is. If you were able to use LSPDFR for 1-2 hours, you will have a log.

Without mods folder everything works, are there any versions of the game with nve enabled?

Did you make sure to install the NVE compatibility patch for LSPDFR?

Yes, I installed this patch and added vegetation improvement (also nve)

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try:

Installing the gameconfig by PNWParks as well as the Heap and Packfile Adjusters.
If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.
If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.

I had someone complain the vegitation patch was causing them to crash try, uninstall it after you've followed bastion's advice but before you restart your mods folder.
