Every time I get to the OpenIV stage of the EUP installation and I drag the OIV file into the mods folder, it opens the prompt I press confirm install and it crashes and says openIV has run into a problem it cant handle, and then proceeds to brick my GTA needing a full reinstall of both GTAV and OpenIV, so I'm looking for a way of getting new vests and uniforms without EUP menu please let me know if there is a way

You shouldn't have to do a full re-install if you put it into your mods folder. Just delete the mods folder and restart.

To get a screen shot I would need to do the EUP menu install again and i finally got it all sorted (not eup menu just lspdfr and some plugins) and i don't really want to risk it even if i can just delete the mods folder

Then there isnt much luck in terms of non-EUP packs. There are a small amount of replacement peds out there and even those tend to come with their own issues.

Ye I'm not really sure what I can do, I haven't heard anyone else with this issue, I'm gonna try it again now

Like I said, Im willing to help you troubleshoot so you can use EUP. Otherwise you will just have to use the base uniforms.

You could try using an add-on clothing slots mod, though I am not sure how ideal this is for your situation as I only use it for vests and hair. Before you do that I would strongly encourage you to let Bastion try and help you troubleshoot EUP though.

 

I should also mention there isn't a multi-uniform save like EUP, so really not ideal overall as a replacement.

I would need to see this error in order to help further.

For reasons absolutely beyond my knowledge, its now working🤷‍♂️
