    Ye I'm not really sure what I can do, I haven't heard anyone else with this issue, I'm gonna try it again now

    To get a screen shot I would need to do the EUP menu install again and i finally got it all sorted (not eup menu just lspdfr and some plugins) and i don't really want to risk it even if i can just delete the mods folder

    Every time I get to the OpenIV stage of the EUP installation and I drag the OIV file into the mods folder, it opens the prompt I press confirm install and it crashes and says openIV has run into a problem it cant handle, and then proceeds to brick my GTA needing a full reinstall of both GTAV and OpenIV, so I'm looking for a way of getting new vests and uniforms without EUP menu please let me know if there is a way
