So I basicly was just playing the game and responded to a call with someone getting shot with a handgun, I was on scene and then they both ran and then I got one of em but the other one ran away so I had to call for transport for the suspect I got. Then I took off towards the other suspect in my patrol vehicle, and then out of nowhere it said LSPDFR has crashed.

i cannot see a lspdfr crash in the log.

the only error i can find is: [GrammarHandler] SpeechRecogitionEngine initialization failed!

You can try following the steps in the FAQ for GrammarPolice found here to expand on what Chris said.

Additionally, try playing with mods to _mods as I see a lot of invalid assets in relation to vehicles. See if you receive any crashes.

Ehm, It's kinda fixed now I believe. It's just now that when I respone to some calls or request backup it just says code 4 and that it's something wrong with my config of UltimateBackup Configuration or whatever. I have tried reseting it back to default and it still is the same, and I'm not so experienced when it comes to errors or like modding in general so not sure what to do.

Send a new log.

Did you re-install just the XMLs or all of UB?

I unzipped the UltimateBackup folder and that and just drag and drop which should replace everything no?

That is correct. What I want you to do is run RPH clean with no mods enabled at all. Additionally, inside the Plugins/LSPDFR, have only UB. You can move the other stuff to desktop for time being. See if backup will respond.
