The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

And what about graphic mods etc? should i just reinstall lspdfr and then copy in all the old files?

As long as it isn't in the update.rpf section you wont lose it when updating the mods folder. Anything inside the update.rpf you should make backups before copying the updated one over from outside the mods folder.

I have put everything back in but now it wont even startIn Rtar Launcher it says "starting" and than starts for like a second, shows  bk screen and closes again
