StopThePed is causing this crash, I checked by removing this and then everything is fine. .log is below.

You crashed because you did something relating to weapons, weapon skins, or ammo count. As if you used a trainer and gave yourself all weapons? Remove all weapons before going on-duty and try again.

I have immersive combat mod that changed mag size in few pistols, and glock 18 as combat pistol. It is related?

It's possible, remove it.

so, I use trainer to remove all weapons like you said, then save my game & restart it. Now everything works fine. Thanks for help ❤️

No problem, and lol you marked your own post as the solution 

I remember in Simple Trainer I selected all weapons and it was crashing my game when I would go to aim a weapon after selecting all weapons.  Something in Simple Trainer, when you select "all weapons", it seems to crash the game.  So i just added each and every weapon and it didn't crash after aiming.  Don't know why.  If you use Simple trainer then that same thing happened to me.
