RichsPoliceEnhancements doesn't add any ambient events. And their previous RPH log had the following line in it:

Which matches the date, time, and ambient event described by Kaiser35. There's no indication I can see that it is caused by an LSPDFR plugin.

I believe its this. Yeah Rich's plugin has no ambience but something to do with pursuits and its very outdated, so it's worth removing it and checking if it continues

Share your lspdfr.ini file 

The next thing you can do is remove all lspdfr plugins but keep the base of lspdfr itself. Play for a bit then 1 by 1 add plugins and see which is the plugin causing it

Ok thank you, one of my friend just told me he had the same issue, and it was a ldpdfr parameter but he does not remember which one. Seems that it really does not come from any plugin or mod.. i'll try to work on it, thank you to both of you ! gonna sleep now its late in France 🙂

I thought it was the world events lspdfr cfg as well but you already changed it to 0. Here's a breakdown of what the parameters do.

 

So I tried different things and this worked:

I had to Disable the "EscapedSuspectEncounter", seems that this line started a pursuit with a Speedo. thank you for your help

Wow lol good to know

i kind of remember something like that happening to me and it was caused by an outdated callout pack.  I deleted that pack and it never happened again.  If you solved the problem then great!
