Perhaps a plugin is the reason.
Try setting all your plugins off, and see if you can use lspdfr vanilla

I've moved my plugins into backup folder, yet it still wont work, i think should reinstall lspdfr

Kucera comes in two versions BASE, and interface -Interface is problematic for some (plugin-conflicts)

You did not answer if your vanilla LSPDFR runs with no problems
