For some reason I don't have GTA5_GUN_STUN1.wav and CHARGE.wav which I need for these sounds:

These are his install instructions.

Spoiler

1) Open OpenIV and select Grand Theft Auto V
2) If you use a mods folder goto Grand Theft Auto V/mods/x64/audio/sfx/resident.rpf
--> If you do not use a mods folder just goto Grand Theft Auto V/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf
3) Right click on weapons.awc and select "export to openFormats"
4) Choose where you want to export to (a folder somewhere on your pc is suggested)
5) Find the location you exported to and check to make sure you have a weapons folder and a weapons.oac
--> These 2 files must be in the same folder at all times so the .oac can read what is put in the weapons folder above it <--
6) Open my file you just downloaded, than drag and drop the 2 .wav files in the weapons folder
7) Go back to the location in Open IV that you left off at which should be in the RESIDENT.rpf file
😎 At the top location bar in Open IV select "Edit Mode"
9) Once in Edit Mode, you need to drag weapons.oac into Open IV and let it quickly do its thing.
10) Once the Pop-Up box has disappeared you can start your game!

For some reason the number 8 is a smiley face, just ignore it.

The install pathway is correct. If you are 100% positive they are not there, which they should be, you can go to the same pathway outside your mods folder, export the weapons file, and import it into your modded one.
