hi, i nw how to make the skins for a car paint all that but i dont now how to add a police badge or image on the side of the car. does anyone now how?

When you want to import something, for example, from paint, select it and hit paste when inside paint.net. Copying and pasting basically, but if you save the image that you want to put on the car, you can import the file.

I recommend you to use GIMP its free and will give you better results ;)

Always when making a skin use Layers, they help you alot.

In another Paint.NET canvas, paste the desired image. Then, choose the Magic Wand tool, click the unwanted background, and press delete. If it doesn't work right, adjust the Tolerance at the top. Then, copy and paste the image into your template.

I'd suggest using layers when importing images, go to Layers, and select Import From File.. it's a lot easier working with other little things if it's neatly separated into layers
