Scripts not working at all

Featured Replies

My scripts do not work at all, i have a scripts folder with some scripts in there and none of them work. Ive tried looking up fixes, but cant find anything that worked. I installed the C++ Visual stuff, all 3 scripthookv's, dinput8, all that stuff, and nothing in my scripts folder works at all. If someone can help, thanks.

Do you happen to have NVE installed? You will need to install the LSPDFR compatibility patch within the NVE download. This will delete your ScriptHookV.net files, so you will need to reinstall them. You can safely reinstall them without breaking the compatibility patch, I am not entirely sure why it removes them.

If you do not have NVE, can you post a screenshot(s) of your main directory and scripts folder?

A few things here. First things first;

  1. Deadly Weapons; is not a script. Remove it from the scripts folder and redownload it. The two files you have there belong is plugins/lspdfr, though there are more files that need to be installed in the plugins folder and the main directory for this.
  2. SImpleHUD; Reinstall this. You are missing the LemonUI files that are meant to be in the scripts folder.
  3. WYD (Watch your death); I cannot find anything online about anymore. I would personally recommend removing it as I am not sure this works as a script anymore anyways. You can try the steps I provided in the second part of this before removing if you'd like.
  4. Engine Failure; is also not a script. A plugin by Faya that needs to be installed to the plugins folder.

Now, your actual scripts.

  1. No more Money Pickups, Radar Zoom & Scenario Groups; Make sure you have each of the dependencies and updated requirements.
    • Also make sure you have installed Microsofts Updated .NET Framework and your VSC is installed correctly, in addition to being updated correctly.
    • If this does not work, provide your ScriptHookVDotNet.log from your main directory. This is located under the ASI file.

I tried what you said, but still doesn't work. I have also installed the LemonUI stuff. I don't have NVE but i do have QuantV, im not sure if that matters. I've attached my ScriptHookVDotNet.log (i also noticed that it doesn't say that it started SimpleHud in the log file i attached.)

Edit: I got it fixed, theres another type of LemonUI file that i needed. Thank you for all your help.
