This is my second fresh install pretty sure all of my mods work what the problem?? Any help would be nice

Your plugins are fine afaic see

There are also no obvious 'wrongs' in your log
There are some that get issues from STP, reason in unknown afaik
You could try  and disable STP and see if you fixed the crash-issue, but ..

Well i was working on fixing and deleted menyoo thought it fixed it but crashed while responding to a callout new log

I would try uninstalling -rather disabling for a test at least, and see if you then can run the game past that ~15 min where you crash. Try it, and see what the result is.
You could help the community if you also tried to disable STP and then run Kucera's
The reason i ask you to do that test, is that if you infact have success with:
Kucera's WITHOUT STP
And Success with

STP WITHOUT Kucera's
Then there would be a high probability that these 2 plugins conflicts, and that would be valuable knowledge.
