Couple of things, firstly just about ALL Albo1125 mods are outdated and should not be used for a more stable experience, I would look into replacing those, secondly Suspect Transport Manager is ancient and is likely of no use with newer mods installed. Third, check that your Section136 callout pack is Up to date as it is saying something about part of it not being up to date and if the Pursuit originated from that plugin, it could be an issue, I highly recommend you install more up to date modifications and remove all Albo1125 mods, Albo is no longer active in the LSPDFR community and in my experience his stuff either doesn't work at all or will "work" but cause some pretty major instability.

And lastly, even though this doesn't seem like the cause of your crashes I am gonna say it anyways, ensure ScripthookV and RageNativeUI are up to date.

Let me know if you make any changes and how they go. Good luck.

I'll offer some minor corrections because I ended up seeing this in activity. Suspect Transport Manager according to the log is a 'core component of LSPDFR', not a mod, and a quick search of google to back that up for me as I have never heard of the mod never showed up. I have made this mistake a few times as well, though I thought I would save you the hassle.

Spoiler

LSPD First Response: Origin: Game fiber "SuspectTransportManager".
LSPD First Response: ------------------------------
LSPD First Response: Exception type: System.NullReferenceException
LSPD First Response: Exception message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
LSPD First Response: ------------------------------

The error being listed above is typically a random crash and to my knowledge isn't many solutions that you can do yourself. If it's a constant issue, recommendations would be to firstly follow the instructions given previously to update RageNativeUI and LSPDFR, or reinstall them. You're on the latest GTAV version, and you have the correct Rage Plugin Hook version.

In terms of 136 Callouts, 136 is looking at both newer versions of Newtonsoft.Json.dll and XSerializer.dll. If this pursuit was from Section 136, update the callout pack with the latest RNUI as stated previously. If this still does not work, remove the callout pack, though there isn't any known issues with it.

Finally, Albo's mods aren't necessarily needing to be removed as that likely has nothing to do with the crash. All of them work fine and I wouldn't encourage removal.
