The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

does anybody know why my vehicle lights are not as bright as they should be. I have a visual mod called NVE with no Reshade I took some pictures pls help. I also installed 

 

these mods to try to help with the issue and even installed the brighter lights Oiv that came with the visual mod NVE

Is your PostFX & Shader Quality in your GTA graphic settings on high or ultra? You should also ensure you installed the mods after installing NVE.
