  1. Vehicle lights are not as bright as they should be.

    does anybody know why my vehicle lights are not as bright as they should be. I have a visual mod called NVE with no Reshade I took some pictures pls help. I also installed these mods to try to help with the issue and even installed the brighter lights Oiv that came with the visual mod NVE this is the oiv I installed
