The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Do you really need that many plugins?
Very often that many plugins will lead to control conflicts
These are not updated
CountyCalls, FBIInteraction, RichsPoliceEnhancements, Section136Callouts, SimpleCallouts, SpeedyPursuit, SwatResponseCallouts, UnitedCallouts, UnsafeCallouts, WoutersCalloutsV
And should be disabled

Not really, i just like having a lot of variety for callouts lol
Anyway thanks, though i do like some of those quite a bit so I'll try it with just most turned off
