Hello everyone I have a problem since today when I shoot the Ai``s freak out and run over me or get out of their cars and run away
 I downloaded mods and thought it was because of that but when I renamed the mods folder and into that I went to the game, nothing has 
changed 
with STOPTHEPED, everything is set correctly, maybe it's a plugin?... please help

in gta vanilla its normal when shots are fired peds are freaking out.

in some areas some peds get aggresive (marked as a red dot on the minimap) and they will shoot at you.

there are plugins to prevent that (f.e. KeepCalm, but outdated)
