    in gta vanilla its normal when shots are fired peds are freaking out.
    in some areas some peds get aggresive (marked as a red dot on the minimap) and they will shoot at you.
    there are plugins to prevent that (f.e. KeepCalm, but outdated)

    Well, you're missing several pathways it is trying to load. Your plugins look to be in the wrong location, as they should be in the plugins folder, and others should be in plugins/lspdfr, or missing the .dll files for the plugin to load correctly, as LSPDFR cannot load either because of this. Make a plugins folder and reinstall LSPDFR using the manual install, and ensure it is installed correctly.
     
    Your other mods, such as BackWeapon, ClearTheWay, EUP, KTFDO, should all be in that plugins folder as well.

    You attached spoilers, and I believe you meant to copy and paste something. Please upload your RagePluginHook.log from your main directory when you reply, and myself or someone else can better help you 🙂
