The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Game not loading, but not crashing either.

It's been a year since I last played so I decided to download latest version and now the game will not load. I've also tried story mode with no luck. At first Rockstar made me download the newest version of the Rockstar Games Launcher. So, after I completed that and when I go to launch the game it shows that all of the plugins are loaded but it just continues cycling through the animated title screens without launching into game.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

    The way i read this is that your game even mall-function in GTAV-basegame, without any attempt to activate RPHook ???
    Is that so?
    Then you need to verify GTAV, that takes less time than getting a complete new, but still more than an hour.. : /
