You need to buy it. You can't use a pirated version of GTA IV either, you must have a LEGAL copy to get any help around here. Those be the rules.

EDIT: Since this is a mod for GTA IV, you must have GTA IV in order to run LCPD:FR.

Also, LCPDFR has lots of problems with cracked versions, might not even run. ^____^.

First you need Gta IV PC bought legit. Also you can download LCPD:FR from this website if you go to downloads all you need to do once it has been downloaded is move it to your desktop (found this works the best for me) and run it as administrator. Have fun!
