The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

32GB of RAM

Windows 11

Liquid CPU Cooler

 

My PC also gets sufficient airflow.

 

Yet I experience stuttering & lag no matter what I do I've tried pretty much everything. Any guaranteed fixes would be really helpful.

    What about GTAV without LSPDFR does that run perfectly?

    If so, the reason is found, then you need to pinpoint the part in your LSPDFR installation that is flawed

    If GTAV alone -And i would expect other games, also lag, then you have a pc-issue
