The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

You have a SlimDX error. Do the following:

 

1. Add your GTAV Folder to AV Exceptions.
2. Delete SlimDX from your GTAV Directory, restart your PC.

3. Reinstall/install RPH. If it asks to replace files, press yes.
