The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

F4 console won't open

I have tried pressing f4 to open the console in lspdfr and won't open it, I have tried launching the normal game then rageplugin during loading and with window mode enabled did nothing, tried changing the keys also did nothing, RagePluginHook emblem also does show up, why is this happening.

You have to be at least in your civilian LSPDFR avatar before you can activate console (F4) -Eg LSPDFR must be fully loaded
Also make sure that F4 is selected as console-key in RPHook (Open setting by clicking the cogwheel)
Could contain: text, font, graphic design, screenshot, graphics, logo, brand, electric blue, design
If you never did create a civilian avatar then Make sure LSPDFR is fully loaded, then walk to a PD and enter the locker-room, there you will be prompted to make an avatar ..afair.
