RPH Crash on launch fresh install

Featured Replies

I have a new laptop, installed LSPDFR for the first time on this laptop a few minutes ago, downloaded RPH from the website but then saw that i need to manually download LSPDFR to get the latest RPH. When ever i try to launch RPH, whether with game running or not, it'll show a blank disclaimer window and then close almost immediately. I have ensured RPH has full permissions for all users on my laptop, tried to run as admin, tried to spam open it, and nothing is working. There are no logs from RPH as it isn't even launching. Does anyone know of any fixes? Game is also up to date.

When you first started RPHook, did you get a list of files that RPHook wanted to make safe for windows-defender?
It should look like :
Could contain: text, screenshot, font, design

Yes and I clicked yes. I have never had this happen before on my prior computers. I have everything required by RPH, and gta V. I have an RTX4070,  i9-13900HX. and 16gb ram

GTA V starts and runs flawlessly, no errors or crashes after multiple hours of playing. Its not the game.
