The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Guys im new to the game, modding and stuff my bro shown me bits and bobs but still learning. I have installed LSPDFR and other various mods however it keeps crashing when i load it up either by using f4 or even when i go into the station to start a duty I don't understand Fivem or i would use that, but i have been told its a good way to play but i need to learn how to play the game properly 1st 

 

I have put the crash log in the attachments 

if someone could possible check it out and get back to me plz

But at least
LPCallouts
is reported as in need of updating.
Try and disable it

The general method for troubleshooting is to disable all mods, and then add them in sequence each with a new test-run
But if you know when the fail was introduced and also know you added a MOD just before, then testrun without that newly added mod
