Get rid of all the trash - need empty .ydr file

Hey guys,

I want to get rid of all the trash in the streets. Problem is, when you delete the trash props in your mods folder, the game refers to the main original files. If you delete them, the Launcher forces an update and re-installs these. 

So the only way to get rid of it seems to replace the collision files with an empty .ydr file and to make invisible textures for the .ytd files.

Can someone provide an empty .ydr?

There are also 1KB files in the game or mods aswell but they have a white square in it...
