Dinput8.dll Crashes LSPDFR

Featured Replies

Hello Guys/ Girls,

I have a huge problem... I want to play LSPDFR with mods because I want some new cars but I have the problem that the game crashes after the Point: Initializing Core on Startup. But when I remove the Dinput8.dll file the game runs just fine and I have no problems with crashes or laggs. Pls Help me because I need it for my streams... Do I have to install anything else to run like Script hook V or sth. Because even with SHV it doesnt work. I also have installe the ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI from OpenIV (obvoislyXD) but it always chrashes....

Thanks for your help. I attached the RPH Log.

Add the file(s) back, and then name your "mods" folder to "_mods" and after if your game launches, then the problem lies within your mod files. In my experience it helped to remove all mods, and add them back one by one to see which one was causing an issue. It would also help if you copied vanilla files back to modded files in case it was something in one of the RPFs.
