The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

There are various ways you can do this.

  1. Install Radiance V 
  2. Change your post FX and Shader Quality to High or Ultra 
    • It is likely you have this already, though it is really up to how you wish for it to look.
  3. Change your visualsettings.dat manually to your liking.
    1. Navigate to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
    2. Ensure edit mode is active, right click on visualsettings.dat and edit the file.
    3. Find car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on
      • Some recommended values are 500, though its up to personal preference on what you want your vehicle to look like.
      • Both values are car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on and car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on
