RPH keeps crashing

my rph keeps crashing and telling me that it couldnt hook into game instance. 

before, only lspdfr.dll was crashing when trying to go on duty but now i cant even load into the game..

I tried renaming the mods folder to _mods and removing every plugin that isnt lspd first response. can anyone help me with this issue?

    1. Start Ragepluginhook, and hold shift till the window pops up.

    2. Go to "Advanced settings"

    3. Unhook/ Untick the option "Disable DirectX" (see screenshot)

     

    Could contain: text, electronics, screenshot, font, web page, software, website, number

    not working :(. i tried reinstalling lspdfr but gta crashes as soon as i launch rph
