ELS not working

Featured Replies

I've tried everything mentioned in previous posts, and nothing has worked. I have a strange feeling that its all because I'm missing something very obvious.

I'll attach screenshots of all relevant file directories.

Additional Information:
- asiloader.txt says: "ELS.asi" failed to load
- ELS vehicles work in-game; however, only the rear lights and sirens work. J cuts the sirens off, and just leaves the rear lights flashing. E turns the lights and rear lights on.

ELS keybinds other than the aforementioned do not work, and no UI is present. I'd assume this is because ELS itself isn't being loaded.
