ive been having a hard time trying to figure out why i can pull out any weapon while playing lspdfr if anyone is having this problem and know a way to fix it pllease help

 

You can only access weapons you have in your inventory.
some pluins -fi STP  actively prevent you from using several weapons. It is a decsission made by the programmer, i guess it is about realism(?)
So if you use STP, that would stop you from using some weapons.
If not ALL weapons are available from console (F4)
type GiveWeapon, and a huge collection opens. Scroll down to anything you like, press TAB to bring it into console-cmd-line, the press ENTER. Close console (F4).
You now got that weapon in your inventory and can select it from the circle menu ingame

im not able to open the weapon wheel either

Rolling your mouse-wheel does not show your weapons? -Odd..
1-9 digits are also defaultly bound to weapon-selection (1 is unarmed 2 stungun 3 shutgun aso) is that an option for you?
If not, drag your GTAV| RagepluginHook.log into here. Some plugin may be wonky

so i figured out what it was and i dont recommend anyone do it wither it was the hide hud in the trainerV
