The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Installed the newest LSPDFR, RPH, and ScriptHookV today but still getting this message. Please help. I can never get LSPDR,RPH and my mods to work together for long.

I believe that I am unless the old RPH is stuck in my GTA folder and LSPDFR wont replace it. I have reinstalled LSPDFR twice now. 

I am trying to launch the game via RPH in my game folder which should have came from the LSPDFR download, I assumed. 

 

Edit: I figured it out. I deleted RPH from my game folder and reinstalled LSPDFR for a 3rd time which put the new RPH in my game folder. I have never had to do that manually before but it worked this time.
