peds face on the vest

Its a sign of bad video-mem management by some part/ (plugin.)
Basically it misplaces the texture for the vest with a different texture, here a 'face' image because it is not the face-texture, that looks different, because it is meant to be 'folded around' the mesh-shape of the head object. What you have on the vest is an image of the texture in use -It could be the image that is used on lookup in the police-computer ..idk
Sometimes a simple cache-cleaning is all it takes, so if you dont shut down, but only sleep the pc -DO shut it DOWN
Properly full shut-down with holding SH as you use shut-down in the POWER-option!
If it does not do it, you have a flawed plugin
The colpit is some plugin that messes up with textures, i have no idea which. Did it start just after installing a MOD, then un-install and see if it fixes the glitch

See my plugin here:

Let me know if you find it interesting.
Best Regards.

(maybe it should be col-pit )
The one that has all the guilt 😄 -The one that can be blamed for this

It appeared to be DirectX 10 not being compatible with the textures, changed to DirectX 11 and that solved the problem 🙂 Thank you!
