The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So its a clean install of the mod and when I open ragepluginhook it just doesn't even if I open gta5 first doesn't open.  I did the manual install and it worked fine the first time now its not opening.

    Recently, Windows databases flag RAGEPluginHook as malicious.

    Add your GTAV-folder to Antivirus exceptions and if it still "disappears" after; disable your Antivirus, start RAGEPluginHook and load into the game. Once successfully loaded in, re-enable your Antivirus.

     

    This applies to the RAGEPluginHook included in LSPD:FR setup and manual.
