The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Looks like lspdfr crashed because it caused game to freeze thats what it clearly says in your log. Make sure its installed correctly or just uninstall and reinstall. This message was also in there - Exception message: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

Also if your using LML make sure modmanager is in main directory. Make sure the contents of the modloader folder goes in main directory also
