Well as you guys can notice multiple people are having ELS issues, i am guessing it is something like scripthook, etc. It would be nice if we could get a acknowledgement from LSPDFR staff that it is a current problem. Has anyone currently been looking for a work around?

did a fresh install and still not getting els to work, i have the log below

Faulty VCF - going by your log, this is the problem. Maybe worth deleting the file and putting it back in. 

Side note Script Hook V needs an update so the game may crash anyway
