I've been messing around with a few mods and installing them to the game. Everything looks good but the lights in the police cars. As you can see here. I was hoping someone can help me and adjust the specific settings to make the lights clear to see or brighter if i can. So for, I have l3evo mod, hd darker roads , and real tree, and neurox els graphics mod, but as you can see from the video , is not that good. So if anyone has any idea on how i can fix that or have any suggestions, please feel free and let me know. Thanks.

Just off the top of my head, there should be a mod called 'radiance' or something like it on gtapolicemods.com. It was specifically supposed to make ELS brighter.

When you say a simple fix. do you mean fixing it myslef? if so , how can i fix it?

Go into visual settings.dat find the line that says something like otherlightsemissive or something like that(someone please give more details as I am not on my PC and do not know specifics) and change it from like 80 to like 145 or 200 depending on how bloomy you want stuff!

Thanks man, took me awhile to get the right settings for me. Lights looks great now. And one last question, how can i edit the brightness, well the sun I guess? Game is bright and is not because of my settings but because of the mod i have. Every time settings besides noon is good. Noon is too bright and i dont know which is the setting for that. Do you know?
