The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Having trouble getting the ragepluginhooksdk.dll

So, I install the lspdfr setup.zip and I set everything up and when I load up ragepluginhook and get to the loading screen of GTA its automatically crashes my game. so I notice the ragepluginhookSDK.dll was missing. I try to get on ragepluginhook website, but its connection timed out. Can anyone help me with my problem?

Who told you that it's missing? I've never heard of this file.

The website is down and not needed, all files, even the rph files, are included in the download of lspdfr.
